- Ski Underwriting & Claims refresher course & workshop
This course is vital to the understanding of the core Ski system. Your staff will be refreshed on existing Ski functionality and techniques.
- Ski Administrators Course
This course is aimed at senior administrator users who wants to perform minor enhancement tasks themselves. Such as adding new values to Lookups, Basic customization of client letters, schedules, modifying commission structures to only mention a few. The course also covers the essentials of backing up your data.
- Ski Advanced Administrators Course
This course is aimed at users who really wants to get their hands dirty in the more technical detail. Users will be taught how to add new fields across customers, policy and risk sections. This course will also inform the user about the Do’s and Don’ts of system maintenance.
- Ski Database and Report Writing Course
This course takes the user on a exploration through the database to a point where the user will be able to write their own simple reports. Users are also taught on how to verify these reports to validate for data consistency and to ensure that they have interpreted the data correctly.
